Patented technology

Our infinite-grade precision fracturing intelligent sleeve system (IFSS) utilizes a proprietary intelligent tag, a programmable, intervention-less actuation tool using specialized software. Once the tag detects its pre-programmed target sleeve, it instantly expands its diameter to seat within the specific sleeve, allowing surgace pump pressure to slide it open.

Full-bore design

Unlike traditional mechanical sliding sleeves that require a reduction in diameter for each subsequent stage, all IFSS sleeves maintain the same inner diameter and constant unobstructed bore. This means the IFSS allows for an unlimited number of fracturing stages in a single horizontal well without affecting fracturing displacement or restricting fluid flow.

Reduced cost

The IFSS leads to a reported construction efficiency gains of 40%, and surface equipment such as fracturing trucks can be reduced by 30%-50% compared to traditional Plug-and-Perf, minimising site footprint and maximising cost efficiency.

Increased production

Our system is proven to achieve a 100% fracture opening rate and uniform fracture propagation. Cumulative oil and gas production at c.170 days can be increased by up to 5.4x with the IFSS compared to traditional Plug-and-Perf.
